General
By commissioning me you're automatically agreeing at my ToS. Breaking or violating the ToS will result on the cancellation of your commission or black listed if needed.
✦.You must be +18 to commission me.
✦.I have the right to refuse working for you for any reason.

Work Usage
✦.You have the right to repost your commission on your social media, But i have to be credited on the post itself not in the comments.
✦.Do not trace or edit my work.
✦.Do not steal or claim my work as your own.
✦. my work is only for personal use. Commercial usage can only be permitted if discussed and commercial fee has been paid.
✦.Commissioners do not have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT or use them to feed the AI. Doing it will result on instant black list.

Payments and refunds
✦.All payments are on USD and throught PayPal Invoices. More payment options soon.
✦.Extra characters, complex characters, props or backgrounds will get an extra fee.
✦.Once i recieve the payment i'll start working on your piece.
✦.You're on your right of asking for a refund if i haven't worked on your piece in a lapse of 2 weeks. You may only request a refund if I really have not worked on your piece at all.

Alterations
✦.Alterations are free of charge during sketch phase.
✦.Alterations made during lineart phase will be charged, unless it was a mistake on my end.
✦.Alterations after the commission has been finished and sent will be charged with a 50% of the initial price.

Turnaround Time
✦.Turnaroun time depends heavely on the complexity of the character. Some commission can take a few days, others several weeks.
✦.I Absolutely will keep you updated on your order, expect WIPs on the same day you payed and several more until your work is done.
✦. I will update you if something happens and prevents me from finish your commission.

Commission Subject
✦.Im okay with most things, but im not going to work on; Heavy machinery, super detailed mecha, heavy violence and gore, Hate Speech (racism, homophobia etc), Promoting Abuse, Pedophilic or Incestual ships, and anything of that nature.
✦.Artistic nudity and mild suggestive content is okay to ask. I don't accept NSFW commissions.
